New on the SARC tape deck: MIXTAPES!
(because, yeah, that’s what we did in the 90s)
The deck is a 90s boombox in your browser, loaded with all 1,052 songs of my 24/7 Ai-generated radio station SARC-FM.
Pick up to 12 songs from the shoebox, put them in order, name the tape. The cover builds itself as a collage of the songs‘ own artwork.
Then decide where it goes:
▸ On your shelf: private, it stays in your browser.
▸ In the basket next to the player: every visitor can play it or dub a copy. A note tells you that before it goes in. One mixtape per visitor, and you can make it private again or bin it any time.
The mixtape plays just like a real tape: one song after the other, and fast-forward runs straight on into the next track.
