I’ve just returned from an incredible trip to Hamburg with my colleague, Stefan.
Our two action-packed days were dedicated to exploring our Telekom flagship store and, most importantly, connecting with over 1000 Deutsche Telekom service colleagues from Northern Germany. It was a fantastic and truly eye-opening experience to listen firsthand to the topics that are top of mind for them.
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have engaged so deeply with our colleagues. The valuable insights we gained from these conversations will be instrumental, and I look forward to implementing them.
