I’ve often recommended the Deutschlandfunk podcast „KI verstehen“ (Understanding AI) here before.

They have now released a new episode on the topic of „KI und Kundenservice“ (AI and Customer Service).

This is, of course, highly relevant for us in „Sales & Service“ at Deutsche Telekom. Whether everyone will find something new depends on their current level of expertise in the field.
