The UAE’s Minister of Artificial Intelligence recently offered a remarkably blunt perspective on the implementation and application of AI:
„There is no dictionary in the world that can tell you the difference between the word ‚complete‘ and ‚finished‘. But there is a way for it to understand it:
if you use and embrace artificial intelligence you will be ‚complete‚.
If you do not and you’re late you’ll be ‚finished‚.
And if you reject it altogether you’ll be ‚completely finished‚.“
