Sustainability: Why the Inaction?

This is an interesting move aiming at the professional voice multiplication industry (aka #Advertising, #PR, #Marketing) instead of its recipients or the companies in question. I wonder if agencies would drop their #fossil clients voluntarily and without any incentive other than walking their talk about corporate #responsibility which, let’s be honest, will most of the time just go as far as it doesn’t hurt their margins (and the salaries and job security of their staff!).

Some say we are already past the event horizon to make due to nature for the sake of our children and the generations to come.

In German one would say: „Wir haben es verkackt“.

What I don’t get is:

Keeping our #planet intact and creating #sustainable #alternatives to today’s living standards yields so many new #job profiles, much needed #skills and #opportunities for #companies to pivot into that I am simply lost why we don’t Just. Do. It.
