Deutsche Telekom’s AI Momentum Soars

There is just so much going on in Deutsche Telekom life right now regarding generative AI that I can hardly keep track of posting here on a regular basis about all the exciting things happening around generative AI. It seems Deutsche Telekom is really gaining momentum internally as well as visible for everyone outside. There are just so many amazing colleagues that keep working so hard on the topic:

  • From our youngest entries into the company like Daniel Kalisch, the newly crowned two-time German Software Development Champion.
  • To company veterans like Maike Scholz, who pushes the envelope on a daily basis creating the right ethical and corporate framework for generative AI at our company.
  • Then there are those deeply entrenched into the subject matter, like Dr. Dominik Grafenhofer, Christian Weßeling and Lutz Jansen.
  • Then there are people like André Cramer who wields an amazing set of know-how regarding the ethics of it all.
  • Colleagues like Oana Găman who inspires, asks the right questions and is always out there challenging.

And of course leaders:

  • Elke Anderl, a leading voice for our customers, who stands for the right amount of empathy in our Services with a keen eye fixed on our NPS, when everyone else talks tech and AI.
  • Dr. Ferri Abolhassan who, a studied computer scientist himself, is deeply involved into the topic of AI.
  • And of course CEO Tim Höttges who has put generative AI on top of the agenda.

Looking at the immense corporate activity from entry-level trainees to top tier C-level colleagues saying „generative AI is gaining momentum @ Deutsche Telekom“ may be an understatement after all.

So, where is your company going?
