AI in Retail: The Future Now

While I’ve been a bit quieter recently, it’s certainly not because I’ve been unplugged in a virtual reality simulation (though that sounds tempting!). Instead, I’ve been diving deep into how AI continues to reshape industries, from our organization and beyond.

A significant trend I’ve observed is AI moving beyond the screen and into our real world. Whether it’s AI-infused robotics or intelligence embedded within our brick-and-mortar flagship stores, the integration of AI in retail is nothing short of electrifying. Alongside its impact on the telco service industry, retail presents particularly exciting opportunities. Looking at what’s already possible, it feels like we’re already living the future we once only dreamed of.

Oh, talking about „the future“…!

On October 7th, I’m thrilled to offer a glimpse into how Deutsche Telekom is leveraging AI today for both Retail and our Services. What truly excites me, and what I aim to spotlight, isn’t just the shiny technology itself, but its profound impact on User Experience (UX) and the human condition. How can we empower everyone at Deutsche Telekom to become AI literate and fully harness the potential AI brings to our organization?
