I’ve been dabbling around with FLUX.2 for the last 5 days and I’m completely hyped to talk about it! In many regards, it is completely superior to the Banana. The realism this model achieves is off the charts.
Whoever said there are no AI top players in Germany – I have news for you! Because it is not just Black Forest Labs. We have:
- Aleph Alpha
- DeepL
- n8n
- and so many more!
What we actually do urgently need in Germany are investors, stakeholders, and professionals with a spine!
I can’t wait to see what amazing results the collaboration of Deutsche Telekom and Black Forest Labs will bring in the coming months. Reading what Ulrich Klenke already wrote about it, I am optimistic we approach this with the right mixture of forward-looking smarts and a healthy, common-sense hands-on attitude.
So, what model do you think will storm the charts next week? How about a Chinese model for a change? It had been rather quiet around their „Open Source“ releases lately, but I bet they are cooking up something new already.
