Maybe, just maybe, OpenAI is playing some sort of „AI enlightenment 4D chess“ by basically publishing „God Mode“ for everyone. Is this leveling the playing field of what we all should consider as being „real“?
From where I am standing, there is really no such thing as undeniable „reality.“ Much rather, there is a societal contract among most human beings that bases (or used to base) everyone’s perception on some common fundamental assumptions about reality. Everything not aligned would either be some sort of delusion or art.
These times are changing, like they have always changed, with major innovation and the following shifts.
