AI & Human Potential at T-Mobile

The future looks bright! I’m extremely optimistic seeing a true role model like Srini Gopalan leading the company into what’s next.

For him, „AI-Enabled“ undoubtedly also means „People-Enabled,“ because only one of the two alone and by itself simply won’t cut it anymore.

T-Mobile has a unique opportunity to revolutionize its AI-Ecosystem. By observing leaders like Klarna, Duolingo, and Salesforce, they can apply best practices in handling AI and HR. This means strategically galvanizing:

  • Human intuition and the creative spark
  • The immense power of Artificial Intelligence

When these forces are used smartly and in unison, nothing will hold T-Mobile back. But then again, I guess they knew this already.
