To me, celebrating 30 years of Deutsche Telekom means celebrating the people who drive our future! Amidst our anniversary festivities, I was able to realize a very special „secret mission“ dear to my AI-Heart: sneaking in awareness for our „AI-Pioneers“, the grassroots AI-enablement initiative we have founded within the company and which is now 1000 members strong (and counting!).
I wanted to shine a spotlight on our brilliant „KI-Pioniere“ (AI Pioneers). They are the intrinsically motivated, curious and creative minds and experts-of-tomorrow who are turning the abstract concept of artificial intelligence into tangible, human-relatable innovations for our customers today and in the years to come.
It was fantastic to even hear some folks in the audience loudly attributing themselves to being a member of the AI-Pioneers when I raised the T-Shirt. And, rest assured, you all can be very much proud of yourselves. You are all shaping the next AI-chapter of our company. What started on a smaller scale at „Sales & Service“ just a couple of months ago is now showcasing how we will push „AI enablement throughout the entire organization“ – today and in the future to come. What a time to be alive!
Here’s to the next 30 years, to a future powered by humans and machines always at the cutting edge of Telco-Innovation!
