Rental agreement jungle? Service charge chaos? What if AI becomes a digital helper for tenants and tenants‘ associations?
Last week, we took a general look at AI and real estate. Today I’m zooming in for a closer look. Unfortunately, there weren’t very many sources – is there still a lot of untapped potential here?
We explored specific questions about AI’s role:
- What about AI contract analysis? Could it provide fair clauses at the touch of a button?
- Is defect documentation via app a feasible solution?
- How could tenants‘ associations use AI for data-supported representation of their clients‘ interests?
After a deeper look and some brainstorming, the conclusion is clear: yes, there are indeed exciting opportunities for more transparency and fairness. However, we must also acknowledge and address the inherent risks around data protection and AI-Bias-based discrimination.
