What AI can do for you, me and us, it can also do for managers and CEOs. They are currently discovering on a massive scale how they can integrate AI into their day-to-day work. And in the competition for market supremacy, are all means justified? What about artificial intelligence on the executive floor? What does it mean when AI not only simply increases efficiency (to be honest, a „no-brainer“ in the literal sense), but also completely turns corporate management inside out? All this and more was of burning interest to me this time.
Management must understand how to integrate technology, professional expertise and human intuition. If they succeed in this, a CEO can become a role model and pioneer of a broader AI transformation in the company.
