It’s quite perfidious how some individuals, just a year ago, dismissed my AI enthusiasm as irrelevant. They even publicly called me out, claiming I was using AI merely as an excuse to gain exposure.
Yet, these very same actors are now aggressively positioning themselves as the harbingers of the Generative AI revolution. They stand front and center before peers, audiences, and stakeholders, all while bearing an obviously flawed, hype-infused understanding of current capabilities and opportunities, and being inapt to project any reasonable point of view about future Gen AI developments.
I’m chill, but call me amused…
As for me, I’ll continue to stick to what I’ve always done: speaking genuinely and thoughtfully about what truly matters to me regarding AI. Just a dude who loves what he’s doing, wading knee-deep through the thick of it – in his space suit.
