My daring hypothesis for (gen)AI’s role in a not-so-distant future:
We may set up AI expert systems to create and run simulated interactions or dialogues for us humans to learn from and get inspired.
I tried this out with Gemini Live by Google and chatGPT Advanced Mode by OpenAI. Their topic: leveraging (gen)AI for German Telco’s Sales & Service departments.
I left in the preparation for the chatbots so you can have a look at how it was done and start on your own. I also edited out 2 mishaps when Gemini just wouldn’t answer anymore. It almost felt like it fell into a blissful digital slumber. After I woke him up he kept performing quite well.
Do you think this is a good idea? Maybe rather done with a local solution?
Also, who do you think has the better arguments?
