Deutsche Telekom: Ahead in AI

Yesterday’s event, masterfully summarized by Samira Touam, was truly insightful. I thoroughly enjoyed every second of the talk, so a big „Thank You!“ to Samira!

I believe it’s crucial to exchange company AI experiences and insights into the AI journey we are all engaged on. It was a rare opportunity to elaborate on what Deutsche Telekom, especially us in Sales and Service, is currently achieving in terms of AI integration. Spoiler: we are on a very good track.

One of the most rewarding feedbacks I received yesterday was someone expressing surprise at how far ahead our company already is in terms of AI use cases and actual applications. It apparently challenged their preconceived notions about Deutsche Telekom.

Indeed, we are ahead of the game. And in my humble opinion, it is the actual Doing-Part that truly starts paying off. The fundamental shift from simply „talking about AI“ to actively „starting to work with AI“ is making all the difference. We are committed to getting everyone involved – hands-on. Every single one of us will be enabled to contribute towards a Human-Centered AI approach. Everyone is doing their part, and it’s certainly starting to show!
