Super-Fans: A Telekom Inspiration?

Tesla has a knack for turning customers into SUPER-Fans – though, to be fair, many were already fans to begin with. The „SUPER“ part comes from deepening that existing connection.

Admittedly, this is probably easier with automobiles than in other industries, such as #Telekommunikation. But observing Tesla’s approach and comparing it with Deutsche Telekom’s ambitions, what stands out is the clever integration of latent „fan groups“ into their core strategy.

At Telekom, we already have similar initiatives, like our #Ideenschmiede. However, I’ve been wondering if it wouldn’t be exciting to offer exclusive fan visits for our customers – for our SUPER-Fans, so to speak. Perhaps a tour of our HQ in Bonn? Or one of our many service centers?
