For the second consecutive year, I had the incredible opportunity to mentor participants in this year’s T-Challenge, thanks to Michael Lang’s invitation. Following last year’s honor alongside Stefan Kohn, this year proved to be equally inspiring.
The core theme of the challenge,
WEB3 IN TELECOMMUNICATION CREATING A HUMAN CENTERED INTERNET
truly resonated with me. I chose to support Twinu from Munich, Germany, guiding them in developing a strategy not just to impress the jury, but to forge an outstanding solution to the critical problem of digital waste and hardware that urgently needs a second or even third market.
Our collaborative efforts included launching a survey with Telekom’s Ideenschmiede and initiating connections with potential internal stakeholders who recognized the value in Twinu’s proposition. Their innovative solution is set to provide concrete facts and figures to support Telekom’s claims regarding device circularity in the near future. I had a strong conviction that they were on the right path even before our regular sessions began.
Ultimately, Twinu was deservedly awarded the prize for the „Most sustainable solution“. This recognition is particularly fitting, especially from a service perspective.
So, here’s Godspeed to you, the dedicated team of Twinu: Plamen Petrov, Christian Adler, and Alexis Gamboa, for your next big step!
