I recently experimented with #ChatGPT, providing it with a story beginning and prompting it to continue the narrative.
What unfolded was quickly eerily strange. As the story progressed, an Android character within the continued narrative was quoted by ChatGPT using GPT’s own default reply for questions it cannot answer. This peculiar incident occurred within the third paragraph of the AI-generated continuation.
