During a recent discussion with my colleague Max, a crucial concept emerged regarding the future of NFTs. If the goal is for Non-Fungible Tokens to truly succeed, the approach needs a significant shift:
- Stop praising ideology: Forget the abstract ideas and underlying ideology of NFTs. Frankly, no one truly cares, and the perceived truths might not even hold up under scrutiny.
- Focus on client pain points: Instead, double down on understanding your clients. Start by identifying your audience’s pain points and then ideate use cases that directly address them.
- Deliver tangible value: The ultimate aim is to create immediate, tangible value for your customers. This means moving beyond „tech-talk“ and avoiding buzzword bingo.
Bonus insight: Consider not even using the term „NFT“ at all. The term itself appears to be „burned“ and carries negative connotations for many.
