A couple of years ago, it seemed cool to discredit QR codes, which today enjoy multiple mainstream uses. No one would state QR codes were silly and useless now. But back then, if you expressed seeing potential in QR codes, you would have been dismissed as „lagging behind.“
So I wonder:
- How come it seems „cool“ these days to give NFTs such a bad rep?
- Can’t we do better and instead collectively figure out their place with us?
- What could be their actual utility?
- How can they contribute to learning?
- How could they empower small businesses and tinkerers to get their ideas out there?
- How could we leverage NFTs for all the right reasons?
Sometimes it’s just very comfortable to dismiss something we may not fully grasp yet, nor comprehend its long-term impact.
